Martino is our chef and you can not miss out the experience of tasting his dishes! He personally chooses the ingredients, mainly local and farm-to-table.

Martino makes every single dish with passion and creativity proposing innovation that tastes tradition in a refined and accurate way.

Moreover we have a  small patisserie , our pastry chefs bake delicious cakes and bread every day. In low season Martino tries new dishes and makes exquisite jams and fruit preserves.

The Wine Cellar

The high altitude is an essential factor in wine storage and longevity.

Since 1983 Sergio has been collecting more than 700 refined, national, and worldwide wine labels giving more attention to local winemakers.

All of them are carefully kept in our wine cellar, dug in the rock, composed from different areas to meet specific wine storage needs.

We propose taste itineraries that have been specifically created by Sergio and Martino to bring out all the kitchen delights.

Sergio organizes wine tasting tour too.
