The restaurant of Rifugio Fuciade

Martino is our chef and you can’t miss out the experience of tasting his dishes! He personally chooses the ingredients, mainly local and farm-to-table. Even if Martino starts from local flavours, he developed the menu with a special eye to italian cooking, creating new dishes, where alpine tradition meets mediterranean cuisine.

Even more, our small patisserie bakes delicious cakes and bread every day. In low season, Martino tries new dishes and prepares exquisite jams and preserves.

The Wine Cellar

Thanks to Martino’s love for cooking, his father Sergio could devote himself to the wine cellar. Despite environmental complications due to the height, he managed to realize his dream of creating a cave holding more than 600 labels. We throughly searched for unknown local producers but we also keep the best italian and worldwide winery.

Our tasting menus were specifically conceived by Martino and Sergio to enhance the delectable dishes of our cuisine by matching them with local wines.

Dug in the rock, the wine cellar has various rooms, so as to respect the storage needs of different wines. Sergio loves to share his passion by organizing guided tour, which can be reserved by a maximum of 15 people.
