Go discovering the Dolomites

Fuciade dip offers many different hikes all the year round. In summer, with a short walk, you can meet grazing cows and horses in the surrounding pastures and in the valleys nearby. Besides the easy and nice walk to Passo San Pellegrino, you can follow a more demanding path to get to the hillside of Costabella, where you can choose among taking the chair lift, walking to the top or having a break in one of the refuges of the ski area. On the ridge of Costabella there are some via ferratas, with a break-taking view on the Sella Group and the Pale di San Martino. You’ll walk along the World War I paths, visiting italian and austrian trenches.
To walk along less widely-known paths, you can visit the Dolomites of Belluno, just besides Fuciade dip.
Experienced hikers will discover that our refuge is one of the stop-over of Alta Via 2, that passes through some of the most spectacular places of the Dolomites, from Marmolada to Sella Group, to Pale di San Martino. With some efforts, you’ll be able to reach all of them!
Val di Fassa is also a climbers‘ heaven and during the past few years mountain bike trails multiplied: you can get from Moena to Fuciade in less than four hours.
In winter you only have to choose among ski mountaineering, cross-country ski, snowshoeing or downhill ski! With our snowcats and snowmobiles you’ll be able to reach the ski-runs in few, exciting minutes.
